Former and current collegiate athletes, Softball Youth entrusted staff and high-level travel and high school coaches. The youngest age division typically carries two coaches per team. All other age groups will have one coach per team.
How are teams formed?
All AAG athletes are grouped by high school graduation year. There will be no more than 12 athletes on a roster, and they are balanced by position. You can also request to play with friends that are attending, if you’d like!
What do I wear at Check-In?
Black pants, black socks, black belt – practice shirt given at check in.
What do I wear for Games?
White pants, royal blue socks, royal blue belt, red socks, red belt, white sleeves if needed.
What do I receive at Check-In?
Practice shirt, visor, and 2 jerseys.
What equipment do I need?
EVERYTHING- Always be prepared for any kind of field or practice due to weather/tournament changes.

When will I get the game schedule?
We are at the mercy of the tournament provider to provide the game schedule. Typically these are released the week of the event and they will be sent out via text and email to all registrants.
How many game guarantee?
This is dependent upon the tournament SY Elite is entering! Visit the specific event pages for that information.
How do we get invited to be a part of SY Elite?
The vast majority of our Elite athletes are recruited from our All-American Games! However, if you’d like your athlete to be considered, please fill out a nomination form.
