Open to any players 10U, 12U, 14U, HS. Age, as of Dec 31, 2023, is the determining factor for your players age division for the 2024 Summer AAGs. Player rankings / skills assessments are categorized by current age division. For game play, players are placed on teams by age.

Yes, Softball Youth does NOT provide any catchers gear.
All locations have different footwear rules. Please look at rules documents located on each event page.
You will receive both of these 5-7 days prior to the event via text and email. You can also find them on your location’s landing page on this website.

Former and current collegiate athletes, Softball Youth entrusted staff and high-level travel and high school coaches. The youngest age division typically carries two coaches per team. All other age groups will have one coach per team.
All AAG athletes are grouped by age divisions. There will be no more than 12 athletes on a roster and are balanced by position. Players can request to play with registered teammates/friends for a $25.00 fee.

Softball Youth will update you on the colors as we have different colors for certain events.
5 – 7 days prior to the tournament.
We are at the mercy of the tournament provider to provide the game schedule. Typically these are released the week of the event and they will be sent out via text and email to all registrants.
This is dependent upon the tournament SY Elite is entering! Visit the specific event pages for that information.
The vast majority of our Elite athletes are recruited from our All-American Games! However, if you’d like your athlete to be considered, please fill out a nomination form.
